xyjl
Hi, I have the Snow Leopard 10.6.3 installed in my laptop and I am able to get into the OS, but the resoultion always 1024x768. My graphic driver is Intel GMA950 Intel® 27a2 and it says OpengGL was actived using EFI string on System Profiler. The resoultion 1024x768 is fine for my laptop LCD screen as it only 13 inches, but when I plug the external monitor I wasn't able to adjust the resolution. I have tried all the possible solutions posted by people in this forum, but no luck at all. I have following one of the instructions to use RadeonDump to dump the graphic card information. I would be really appriciated if someone would help as soon as possible. 27A2.5D00.0003.vga.zip Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/236537-iatkos-1063-snow-leopard-intel-gma-950-driver-isnot-installed-properly/ Share on other sites
Dellmantt
http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=223205 This is very easy to use and the patches you need (DTGP & GMA950 Laptop) are included. There is a link to a video tutorial a well. xyjl
Thanks Dellmantt. I go to give a try on that. I am able to change the resolution using Boot.plist, but this is not a a good idea.
