bobg2008
Hi Guys, Firstly, just wanted to say this is a great forum... lots of information. Anyway I have the following spec laptop Core 2 Duo 2.0 7300 ( SEE2, SEE3) Nvidia 8600M gs Yukon Ethernet Intel Wireless Card 4865ABGN I think it is. I believe I should be able to use the vanilla kernel ( I bought snow leopard from my local comp. store). Now from another post of this forum the 'Atheros AR5BXB72' is listed as a card that should just work out of the box on Snow Leopard. However I've seen people on the web also saying it doesn't work. What are peoples experiences? Below are a list of sellers I can get it from.. http://shop.ebay.com.au/?_from=R40&_tr...-All-Categories My other question is if I can get the vanilla install working... can I simply update through the Apple Software update option in osx? cheers.
