Kernel panic

Introduction

I installed Mac OS X 10.6.3 to external USB HDD by EmpireEFI with custom dsdt.aml for Asus P5K motherboard (I actually have Asus P5K SE) & Retail DVD. For a post-installation step I used myHack. Then I updated OS to 10.6.4 with official updater. After all I installed VoodooHDA for sound and then replaced it with ALC883.pkg. The system worked almost perfectly (except sound: it had bad quality).

 

Troubles

Suddenly keyboard stopped working. After reboot it started work again, but a sound was broken. I tried reinstalling VoodooHDA & ALC883.pkg but without any result. Then after I ran some new application the screen became dark and there appeared a message telling me to manually reset the computer. After resetting, the system didn't boot at all, it just reset the computer. When I ran the OS from EmpireEFI with keys "cpus=1 -f -x -v" there appeared the following error:
