Chameleon. BIOS No Operating System Error

What am I supposed to have the boot flag on in the GParted Program. Is it EFI or Snow Leopard? At the moment I am getting the BIOS error saying I have no operating system. I recently wiped Windows off of my drive to have a full 500GB of Mac. I can boot up OSX with my USB stick I formatted with myHack 1.1. I have installed Chameleon thinking it would boot into that, but no avail. Any ideas? Thanks. By the way I am in a GUID Partition Table format.
