bryan_0906 Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 My Specs: Board: ECS G31T-M7 CPU: C2Q Q8300 2GB Ram 1 300GB Sata Drive (Windows 7 Install) 1 40GB IDe Drive (for OSx86 Install) When I try to boot the iAtkos S3 DVD without using any chain commands I get to apple logo screen and it just stays there When I boot using safe mode i never get to the apple logo same goes for the -v mode last line in the verbose mode is dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.6)@0x2E71B000 This has been driving me crazy for days and I would appreciate any help. bryan_0906 Posted November 3, 2010 Author Share Posted November 3, 2010 Nevermind! I finally got it working. I kept reading everywhere that I should disable the ACPI in bios but when I enabled it, everything else went perfectly. I didn't have to patch my bios or disable anything else. Mac boots with sound, Lan, and uses all quad cores. My only problem is my webcam not working with photobooth even with macam installed but other than that it's all good.
