McVerse Posted November 1, 2010 Share Posted November 1, 2010 I have a D430 with U7600 Dual Core 1.2GHz processor... and bought a SL 10.6.3 DVD off of Amazon... I have followed various guides and all of them seem to get to some point and hang... the most I have gotten is using this thread... http://lifehacker.com/5360150/install-snow...acking-required as I do have a MBPro in the house, I was able to follow the instructions... however, I think, I don't have the right things in my Extra Folder, so the install fails...
