darknikos
Hi, I know this is not the right thred for this topic, but the board let me start a new topic only here, so... I'm to build a new hackintosh from scratch, i want it to be solid, rapid and as near as possible to 100% mac-compatible. I wish to avoid to loose my time with kext and similar, and just use it to work. After various research I've done this list of components. Dual Processor i7 950 3.06 GHZ Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 (I've read it has USB 3 support, but it hasn't firewire 800, right? so I'll have to buy a card for it, if it so...) kingston memory 8 or 16 GB graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 5670 / 512MB or ATI Radeon HD 5750 / 1GB HDD 1 or 2 GB, I think they are all equal, more or less I don't know about wifi, firewire and bluetooth. Thanks. Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/235166-new-hackintosh-configuration/ Share on other sites

EDIT Ok, i've found in another topic someone that used the StarTech 3-Port IEEE-1394B FireWire 800 PCI Card only remain to search for BT and WiFi Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/235166-new-hackintosh-configuration/#findComment-1569391 Share on other sites
