Mobile Intel GM45 Express Drivers?

Ive been looking everywhere for a driver to install for my graphics card on my laptop running OS X. I need to get native 1600x900 resolution. Any help is appreciated.

 

The laptop information is:

 

Sony VAIO VGN-FW140E

 

Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Mobile Intel GMA 4500MHD

Intel GM45 Express

 

 

 

The only method I could find is this one which crashes my install and I have to reinstall to boot OS X.
