Colonel
I'm assuming you mean a Celeron D, so you answer would be yes. I have OS X running on my Celeron D 2.4GHz and it runs great. Technobob
You have a P4 Celeron and yes you can run OS X you will need to find out if your CPU has SSE3 to determine what patches you will need, it does have SSE2 which is the minimum that is needed Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/23496-will-osx-work-on-a-intel-celeron/#findComment-155981 Share on other sites

Technobob
Your CPU may have SSE3 but I don't know for sure without knowing the model Your video card will work but only in Vesa mode so you won't get QE/CI/GL I can't say if your sound card will work not knowing the model I assume your running Windows if so download a program called Everesthome220 this will give you all the information you will need. After you collect the info visit the Wiki and see what others have said about your hardware. Technobob
All things look good, your good to go Your sound card will work Your CPU has SSE2 the minimum needed The only problem is if you connect to the Internet with a dial-up modem, I don't believe any internal modems are working. Your pics don't show what network card you have, seeing you have a IBM machine it will most likely work. Good Luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/23496-will-osx-work-on-a-intel-celeron/#findComment-156501 Share on other sites
