ideneb v.1.4 is the only distro I can get to the welcome screen.

My USB mouse just snaps back to the top left of the screen when I move it, I've some where managed to partition the drive to extended journaled.

But I can't get to the buttons to click the agree to further the installation.

I've also tried a PS/2 Mouse but that wont even work.

It seems everyones mouse will work for the install except mine.

What am i doing wrong please some one help me figure this out.

Thanks

CPU: i7 930

Motherboard: MSI X58 Pro-E

Graphics GPU Geforce GTS250

Cheers mate

That sounds for me like a driver problem ...

To catch that, look for the ApplePS2Controller.kext for PS2 mouse support. Be sure, you have enabled the USB mouse and keyboard function in BIOS. Some mainboard need this ...

hope it helps

Is there a specific distro I could use to help?

Tried Iatkos ideneb and hazard

You just said that iDeneb v.1.4 is the only one which works for you...

Have you tried Hazard and iAtkos S3 v2?

OK where do i find the kext?

Do I enter it into the install @ terminal?

Thanks for the input :(

Any help is greatly appriecated

try kexts.com. You can use the kexthelper B7 tool to "import" the kext-file. I will be places into system/library/extensions
