biki Posted August 4, 2006 Share Posted August 4, 2006 My system specs: Intel Pentium 4 3.06Ghz 512 DDR2 RAM 100 GB Hard Drive ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128MB I know a bajjilion people have posted this problem but here goes. When the installer boots up I get the famous error "Still Looking For Root Device" I have been searching Google and the forums for about 3 days now, but still no luck. I even formatted my entire hard drive but still no go, even tried safe mode. Iam using a laptop so I cant switch around the slave and master drives. Iam 100% sure the Darwin install disk is okay, because I tried it out on 4 different computers, all sucessfull. Please Help Me Out!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
