hello matan,

 

what you need to do, when you get to that screen is click on utilities on the top white bar, and select disk utility

 

when it comes up select the hard drive you want to install it on(from the side) then click erase, when the erase screen comes up, type in what you want the hard drive's name to be for instance mine is OSX86. then click erase, then wait until its finished, then exit disk utility and go back to the installation screen, and click on your hard drive, it should be there.

Is your HDD SATA and your DVD-ROM PATA?

Hi!! I´m another guy but with the same problem. Yes, my HDD is SATA, and the DVD is PATA. I´m trying to install the 10.4.4 version. My computer is this:

AMD Atlhon 64 X2 3800+

Mother MSI K9vgm-v, chipset VIA

1 Gb RAM

HDD Western Digital 250 Gb SATA

DVD Pioneer

 

Please tell me I have a solution. Thanx!
