Hey ! I'm using W7 Home Premium and I want to have dual boot with Snow Leopard 10.6 I think thats the last version...

This are my specs

Lenovo G550

Win 7 32 Bits

Intel® Core2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz 2.2 GHz

Ram 3GB DDR3

Partitions:

* C: 244 GB (Here is installed W7, programs and files) (200 GB Free)

* D: 44.9 GB (files only) (7.4 GB Free)

This model doesn't have video card, using Ccleaner I see this:

Intel Mobile Family 45 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)

I'm doing this post because I don't want to F*** UP my laptop, I use it every day plus my family too so...

I've seen many posts here but they don't have links to download and I think I'm too nooby for those posts, I'd be great if someone gives me a hand starting from zero to make this work...

Thanks since now and sorry for my english :)

hi zorro1

i have this laptop too and i use this :

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversi...hp/t218189.html

Hey thanks ! I saw that tutorial too but I have some questions about it, but I can only post in this section so...

My bios is already upgraded with the link from the topic..

When it says:

Now if you have important data i suggest you back all that up as well as this Tutorial will Ease your Hard Disc completey as it needs to be a GPT formatted Disk.

You'll Need a Retail 10.6.x DVD for this if you have a Retail DVD with 10.6.3 you don't need the 10.6.3 update.

This will erase only my disc ©: or the disc (D): too ? And I dont have any .iso of Mac Os X... I'm not sure if "iLenovo G550 Boot 132 CD" is the operating system (the snow leopard.iso) or I need to download something more ?

No you nee the installer from apple : http://store.apple.com/us/product/MAC_OS_X_SNGL for 30 dollar

and yes it will erase all the partiton of the Hard drive where zou are going to install Mac os

Backup Win 7 on an external Hard drive , make 2 partition (GUID),install OSX ,reinstall win 7 from the backup. Then you have to activate the partition where Mac Os is (under windows) http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-t...ition-vista-xp/
