Kernel Panic only when using battery not in AC, Please help

I have everything working perfectly on my Gateway MX6956 (intel dual core) except one thing...

 

When I run on battery power i get a kernel panic while I am in OS.

 

(Battery indicator works, when plugged in shows charge) But KP's when in Battery power and never while on ac

 

 

What can it be. Please help
