gehrc
I have a Dell Latitude D830 Laptop running iATKOS S3 v2 with a 160GB Western Digital Black hard drive. Every now and then the drive makes a single click noise when I'm in OS X that it doesn't make when I'm running windows. I'm not sure if I should be worried about this or not... has anyone else ran into this? The exact model is WD1600BJKT-75F4T0. I know it has a free-fall sensor, which might be the source of the noise, but considering how it's just sitting on a desk when it happens, I don't think it should be going off. Thanks!
