thunder.scripts Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 Whenever I try to install a program that comes in a package (mpkg) it gives me the same error: Please try again later. It happened with a PHP package, XviD and some other. This is the installer log for one of the failed installations: Aug 3 05:49:02 x-computer : PHP Extension oracleinstantclient: This software cannot be installed on this computer. Aug 3 05:49:04 x-computer : Install failed: Can't create directory /usr/local/php5. Any ideas?
