YanivM
Hello all, I have been an avid "Hackintosh'er" for the past year or so ad have had great success. Usually no problems getting one running by researching online and finding what I am looking for to get these machines running. However, I recently got an Alienware M15X (Work sponsored, not something I would lay out $2k for myself) and having trouble finding if I can install OSX on this machine. Specs are as follows (extracted from CPU-Z): Processor: Core i7 quad (720QM) Chipset: Northbridge Intel DMI Host Bridge rev. 11 Southbridge Intel PM55 rev. 06 Graphic Interface PCI-Express PCI-E Link Width x16 PCI-E Max Link Width x16 Memory Type DDR3 Memory Size 8192 MBytes Channels Dual Memory Frequency 665.0 MHz (2:10) Graphics: ATi Radeon HD 5770 (1GB) The rest is all standard non-customizable Alienware Standard. Thanks in advance for reviewing. Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/232939-hackintosh-on-2010-alienware-m15x/ Share on other sites
