chris9486
Hello all. I have been interested in running an OSX86 on my laptop for sometime and couldn't because I have the 4500MHD video chip and the way I use my laptop (external 1920 x 1080 screen) wouldn't have been ideal for me. I finally have enough money to buy some hardware to build a computer and would like to use OSX86 with a dual boot Windows 7 until I get used to it. I want to use it because I hear it runs Photoshop CS5 Extended better, I am holding off buying my student copy incase I need to get a mac version. My question is...what hardware is best? (I am not that stupid when it comes to Windows and PC's) I am reluctant to get an intel cpu because they cost so so so much more. I get the feeling it would be easier with one though? I have looked at the HCL and I am a little confused. So below is the hardware I have selected on ebuyer, could someone tell me if it would be really difficult to get OSX86 to run on it, thanks! Alessandro17
I would start with an Intel CPU and an Asus or GIGABYTE mobo if I were you. The Asus PSQ series are very compatible.
