HEY !

I have a home built PC:

-AMD Phenom II x4 (Quad core x 3Ghz) (945)

-Gigabyte motherboard (GA-MA77OT-UD3P)

-Realtek audio

-ATI Radeon HD5770 graphics card.

-Windows 7 x64 bit

I have installed VMWare and after MONTHS of trial and error i have successfully installed Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 in a virtual machine of FreeBSD.

Everything seems to be working BEAUTIFULLY except the resolution is stuck on 1024x768. I have tried changing this in the boot.plist but it does not take effect.

? >>> So the Resolution is Challenge #1

? >>> Challenge #2 is the Audio... i installed Apple AC97 Audio Kernel and Ensoniq but the Audio Output is crackly. And ideas for that?

? >>> Last challenge (#3) is to install a graphics card driver in my OSX virtual machine. Ideally i would like to be able to select the resolution in the system preferences rather than editing boot.plist. SO HERE IS THE STICKING POINT: Would installing an ATI driver work since my host OS (Win7) is using the graphics card? Would i need an alternative kernel effectively allow my Virtual machine to speak to the driver?

Please NOTE i have installed VMWare Tools to no avail. The only benefit i gained from installing VMW tools was ability to share folders with host machine (Win7) and virtual bridged network between host and OS X

Anyone with the winning answer will earn my eternal gratitude and i will do my best to repay them. I would also GREATLY appreciate any attempts to help me.
