Aziiris Posted September 24, 2010 Share Posted September 24, 2010 Ok guys ive just manage to get my M11x R2 i7 up and running with the iatkos s3 and seemes like i have gotten quite alot more then i expected. Here are Working and Non-Working Components Working: Sound, Ethernet, USB(Plug and Play working), Webcam, Keyboard, Not working, Wi-fi, Graphics - As for graphics both the cards are being detected only not recognized, im not sure if its a thing or not but im able to play chess. Anyone manage to get wifi or the graphics working? Recently what ive tried: Ive manage to update to 10.6.4 but was not able to get in. It will load but seemes like it just dont wanna go in(the grey circle will just go on forever) even in safe mode. Anyone else working on this? longshot22 Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 anyone? I'm getting my R2 i5 Thursday, so hang tight. I'll work with you on this. I also have an AirPort Extreme card to install to see if SL installs it to get WiFi working. Can you post the iatkos s3 settings and installation steps you used for your install? I want to get to the point you're at ASAP so I can test my machine with my WiFi card. The next big step would be graphics, hopefully if we get WiFi working more users will be interested in this machine to hackintosh. I know you can change the wireless card to DW1510.
