usb mouse don't work

I installed SL 10.6.2 after alot of tries and and problems but it is now up and running but the mouse don't work when I use -v in booting i can see some error meseges about sleep and confilict with usbf some thing been unloaded

is it okay my card "hd 4670" and been like that ?

 

please help me in that one i can't use my usb mouse tried to put in others usb bus and not working
