i had my ASUS N50VN with a P8600 processor, thing work smooth in my installation till these come out:

 

 

firewire runtime power conservation disabled(2)

.....

...

 

..

error:firewrie unable to determine security mode defaulting to full secure

 

 

 

waiting for rot device....

 

 

 

ANY IDEAS??
