VMWare WK 7 + 10.6 Install issues

Hi, I'm having an issue here - I didn't have this the last time I tried to do this (about 6 months ago).

 

Setup: Dell Inspiron 6400, Windows 7 + VMWare Workstation 7.1

 

Currently, I am using snow_darwin to create the booting environment, then trying to use the 10.6 DVD ISO to install. The last time I tried this, it was successful.

 

Now, after loading the 10.6 DVD image, the system throws a Kernel Panic:

Any ideas on what's changed since a few months ago in which I was able to install?

 

The only environmental change is VMWare WSKTA 7.0 -> 7.1

Let me try another Retail image.
