Termophilus
Hi, I've a Compaq Notebook Cq61 with a brand new Win7 64 bit, and my next step would be try to install Snow Leopard (Ideneb 1.6 lite or Iaktos s3). I'm not concerned now if this is possible, but if someone can spot me some useful info about my specific notebook it will be certainly useful! Now, I'm wondering if this procedure that I've in mind is correct. I'm asking because I can't find a guide to install Snow AFTER (chronologically) Win7, all the guides that I've found doesn't cover the matter. First Step: 1) Install Snow creating a new partition using the non allocated space (30gb) after my first ntfs partition. (ahaha, easy ) Now, if this procedure works, probably the win7 partition will not be seen by Snow (Chameleon? I'm new into that). I can eventually use Parted Magic live cd to change the boot partition back to win 7 and then the EasyBCD step? Thanks a lot!
Termophilus
It worked. Only atheros wireless and native resolution fo intel graphic cards doesn't work at this point, and I know that these are well known problems. I check about that later. For now thanks for all the info I've collected around this forum, Ciao!
