touns
Hi All, I'm coming here to have your point of view about my MOBO Asus IPIBL-LB and retail OSX. I've read many topics about this MOBO, so i've flashed my old 5.11 bios to a Moded Bios by Smith (5.17). I have an ATI Graphic Card so I have burned the ##### ATI. And there is my problems : With the old bios 5.11, the OSX Installer cant see my SATA HDD. With the new moded bios 5.17 by Smith, the OSX Installer make a Kernel PANIC about ACPI. I've tried the -X mode and cpus=1 mode, it's the same. I have nothing on my MOBO, only my ATI card, 1 SATA HDD and 1 SATA DVD drive. If anyone have an idea, i need some help for this retail install. I don't want to use a distro ;-) Best regards, Touns

Giorgio_multi
You can install Snow Leopard. Before install you must flash the BIOS with the patched Bios by Smith@@ http://www.mediafire.com/?mzdzza2tkni
