head Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 I start with my system: OS X 10.4.7 (from Goatsecx 10.4.6 image) Athlon 3000+ Venice Asrock 939Dual Mobo RTL 8139D (as onboard ethernet is not working) I read several comments here about the RTL 8139D working flawlessly. I cannot have connection speeds over 10 - 15 kb/s.. Internet is shared over Ethernet by a Powerbook. (i dont have an alternative to test this) Normally, under Windows, i have no Problems with that. Can somebody help me? Would be the last thing to solve to get this machine really working... It is not the Harddrive-Speed, as i have solved the UDMA issue with my Chipset.
