iAtkos S3 does not boot without cd

I installed iAtkos s3 and updated to 10.6.4 no problem at all. When I installed I had win7 on another disk I ran out of space and deleted that disk. I never had dual boot I always used iatkos cd to boot osx. Now without win7 does not boot automatically to osx, and I would like to do that. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks!!
