djboost Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 Hi all, I tried to install Mac OSX Leopard on my PC some time ago but i had some problems (no sound, bootloader problem...), so i stayed on windows. But as i'm into music production i'd like to retry and make it work to be able to use software like Logic Pro on my PC. I currently have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 installed on my computer and i'd like to know how to install Snow Leopard without losing any data, and with Windows 7/OSX dual boot Here is my specs: Motherboard: CPU Type: QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550, 2833 MHz (8.5 x 333) Motherboard Name: Asus P5KPL/1600 (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN) Motherboard Chipset: Intel Bearlake G31 System Memory: 2x2GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-13 @ 270 MHz) Display: ATI Radeon HD 4870X2 Audio: ATI Radeon HDMI @ ATI RV770/790 - High Definition Audio Controller VIA VT1708B CE @ Intel 82801GB ICH7 - High Definition Audio Controller Storage: 2x Hitachi HDT721010SLA360 ATA Device (1000 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II) Partitions: C: (NTFS) 540.9 GB (35.9 GB free) (Windows 7) D: (NTFS) 931.4 GB (804.6 GB free) (I can make another partition on this one for OSX) E: (NTFS) 390.6 GB (282.2 GB free) (Music Production softwares,etc) Can you help me ?
