HP dv5 1138tx - cannot change wifi card?

Hey guys,

As above, I have a HP DV5 1138tx,

I can not seem to change my wifi card due to HP having a whitelist, so I can only use the supplied intel wlan 5100 wifi card.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the whitelist on this bios or change the hardware id on the card?
