[Help] Installing on Dell Inspiron 1564

Hi guys! Cna you guys kindly help me with installing Mac OSX 10.6.4 on my Dell Inspiron 1564 BUT there's a catch!

 

It'll be best if I give you guys my laptops specs first:

 

Dell Inspiron 1564

Intel Core i3 330M

Intel HD Graphics (950)

4 GB RAM

320 GB Hard Disk Drive

Realtek ALC 272 Audio

Wireless WLAN 1397

 

1. Will Mac OSX 10.6.4 install properly on a partition in a Hard Disk?

 

2. I'm trying to dual boot Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit (80GB partition), Mac OSX 10.6.4 (80GB Partition), Extra partition on the left size in the hard disk. My question is. will it work?

 

3. If number 1 is YES, will the installation of Mac OSX 10.6.4 on a partition affect the whole integrity of my Hard Disk (MBR) and other partition?

 

For now these are my questions. I may have a lot more after this. But don't get me wrong, I know a bit more on Windows but none on Mac OSX, thats why I want to explore it without buying another laptop... or maybe hard disk if number 1 is NO..
