Board-ASRock N68-S (CPUSocket)

Processor-AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.4Ghz

RAM-2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 267MHz

HDD-160GB Seagate ST316021 5AS SCSI Disk Device (SCSI)

80GB Seagate ST380211 0AS SCSI Disk Device (SCSI)

GPU-ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner)

BIOS-Brand American Megatrends Inc.

Version P2.10

Date 04/21/2010

 

Tried installing leopard on my pc through kalyway 10.5.2 dvd but it reboots after darwin bootloader.. someone help me!!!

Have you tried Empire EFI? I used it for Snow Leopard and works perfectly, don't see why it wouldn't work for Leopard it's worth a shot. Let me know how it works out for you.
