I7980X - ATI HD5970 - P6X58D-E Snow leopard problem

I have a desktop PC with:

MB: P6X58D-E (not premium)

CPU: i7 980x 3,3ghz

GPU: GIGABYTE HD5970 2GB

RAM: 12GB DDR3 1600MHZ

HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL VELOCIRAPTOR 300GB / WESTERN DIGITAL 2TB

 

I have windows 7 64bit installed in the 300gb hard disk. i want to install snow leopard 64BIT to the 2tb hard disk and then, when all is ok, format the 300gb hard disk and transfer SL on it.

 

What's the distro and the procedure?
