Dell 1525 will sleep on battery but not plugged in?

Hi,

 

I now have sleep working perfectly when I'm running on the battery, however when it is plugged in it will sleep and then instantly wake from the sleep again. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get it working, is there a kext or a DSDT hack?
