MTBackus
I am trying to create a new partition to install OSX 10.4.6 on using Acronis Disk Director Suite and it's asking me what file system I want the partition to be. What should I choose: NTFS, FAT32, FAT16, EXT2, EXT3, ReiserFS, Linux Swap, or None? Thanks in advance.
Rammjet
When you start the installation of OSX, you have to "erase" (format) the partition to the HFS+ format. (Utilities menu -> Disk Utility) Before I did mine, I formatted to FAT32 to be sure that OSX would recognize it. If Acronis lets you (maybe a right click on the partition), set the ID to AF.
