I've got full res and the UI seems to be snappy, but things like Spaces and 3d gaming lag a lot. Hmm, what have I tried you ask. Well, I've tried: Enabler_for_Nvidia_and_multiple_ATI_cards 03-QE CI Exotic cards 10.6.3 Patched framebuffers for 48x0 and 3870x2 I've also tried the method in this post: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=170414 7_radeon_hd_48x0_drivers (haven't been able to find "7_radeon_hd_48x0_drivers-2" which I think might be what I need?) I've also tried replacing the OpenGL.framework with the patched version. When I go into system info it says: Core Image:Software Quartz Extreme: Not Supported QuartzGL:Supported SO, I can't seem to get CI working in hardware mode. Any suggestions?
