I need some help with the sound driver.

I have installed VoodooHDA.kext from this forum and edited sound card VEN (1106) and DEV(0397) :

<key>IOPCIPrimaryMatch</key>

<string>0x03971106</string>

and still don't have any output sound device.

When I click About this MAC and go to Audio(build in) it says No Buit-in Audio.

Also I can't change my resolution although i modified com.apple.Boot.plist

<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1600x1200x32</string>
<key>Kernel</key>
<string>mach_kernel</string>
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>None</string>
</dict>
</plist>

My specs are:

AMD Athlon II X4 635 @ 2.9 GHz

Asus M4A78LT-M motherboard

2 GB DDR RAM

Asus GT220 1GB video card.

Any help is apreciated.

try all one by one idont have nvidia gfx

so icant help you more than that :(

Will this also work with the specs on my first build (System 1)? They should be listed below if I entered them correctly. I too have not gotten the audio to work on my dual boot. Windows 7 side works fine. I followed this tutorial: (http://lifehacker.com/5360150/install-snow-leopard-on-your-hackintosh-pc-no-hacking-required)and hardware list with minor adjustments, but I go into sound preferences and no Output device is detected.
