XFX HD4870 1GB, Snow leopard 10.6.3 NO QE/Ci

Hi,

 

After spending 3 days, searching for the correct kexts for my 4870, i still haven't found a solution.

I installed Snow leopard 10.6.3 with chamelion RC5 (Iatkos 10.6.3 install disk). patched with enabler=yes

 

after some searching and testing i got resolution change with the following 3kexts (4800controller,Atitframebuffer and Atisupport) placed in S/L/E. (could boot in safe mode)

 

Also tried Evoenabler in Extra/Extensions, no difference, also tried with legacy4800controller in Extra/Extensionsn and lizard. (system even won't boot in safe mode anymore, cuz i think my apple boot plist is messed up)

 

 

 

Anyways, I never got QE/Ci, only basic resolution support.

 

card is an XFX HD4870 1024MB PCIE

 

Anyone here has some idea to get this card fixed, working with QE/CI?

 

Would be awsome to have some help with this, System is installed on an Asus P5k/epu, E7200@3.2ghz(OC), with3gb rams, patched with appleintelIIXsata patch for fixing the Sata drives.

Else all this work would be for nothing
