Is there a way to add .kext to a .iso on WINDOWS?

I know there are plenty of ways to do it on OSX, is there anyway to inject the .kext package I have onto a version of OSX86 I have?

I used this guide to add it my .iso on windows.

But I get a kernel panic before I even see the startup screen for Mac.
