Mononofu
Yesterday I tried to install Snow Leopard (10.6.3) using ##### from the retail DVD. However, it keeps crashing while starting the setup: I guess this error means that it is missing some driver, but I'm confused about the ACPI part - isn't that mainly for power management? Anyway, I'm trying to install on a Acer Aspire 5940G, with an Core i7 720QM and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650. I suppose the CPU should work, but I've found nothing about the GPU. (I used the ATI version of #####) Do you have any idea on how I could get Snow Leopard to install? It is currently my only possibility to develop for my iPhone Edit: I have tried to boot with -x, in fact that's the origin of this screenshot.
