I have been able to install iDeneb 10.5.8 on my AMD based PC

 

I have been through hundreds of problems with audio device.

I have no sound

so I am starting to consider buying a sound board. if there is no hope, I have to consider the possibility. I hope there is hope...

 

I run on this hardware:
 cpu:	AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE 3.4 GHz
 Motherboard:	Gigabyte GA-MA785GPMT - UD2H
 Video onboard:	Ati Radeon HD 4200
 Audio onboard:	Realtek ALC 889A
 RAM:	4GB
 Network Card:	8111c (chip 8196 / 8111)
 Wireless Card:	Wireless Ralink RT 2760 / RT 2720

 

regarding the motherboard I have, ¿which sound board should I buy?

I am not looking for anithing special, I just want to listen to music (medium-low fidelity) and hear the system sounds and alerts.
