[Difference from default configration]

remove patches RTC (All)

remove Drivers Sound VoodooHDA (only)

add Drivers PS/2 Apple PS/2 (only)

add Drivers Laptop Hardware TSC Sync

D520 move very well except Network(Wired,Wireless) and Sound.

I will fix them later, but if anybody knows how to fix it,I'm very appreciated.

If anyone is wondering, I too did an install of iAtkos 10.6.3 V2. I think disabling RTC did it. But I'm not about to repeat the experiment now.

And it sort of works for the time being. Took me a few hours until I hit on the same kexts to enable/remove as this guy.

I added Laptop battery kext and it works fine.

Also, I installed the BCOM 440x kext and ran Kext Utility right after the install. then after rebooting the built-in ethernet network worked just fine.

Wireless card works without any problems so far (BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN).

I did not enable ANY wireless card drivers during installation, nor did I enable any graphics card drivers.

Will post later if I get audio working.

VoodooHDA 2.7.2 Has given me audio. Got that off google code.

External USB drives mount fine and can transfer large files without probs.

I guess this counts as a successful install of 10.6.3 on a dell d520.

I tried to install on my Dell at iATKOS S3, but I can not do the video work.

I've been searching the forum and found this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=210660

But I do not know how to install this, can anyone help me?

If I can install, I'll make a tutorial for others unable to install too! (:

Use this app: http://cheetha.net/

And let me know when you get the tutorial (if you're still willing to do that)!
