Help:Successful installation 10.6.3 retail on P45 maximus II gene.Now what..?

Hi all,

 

as tittle says

 

i ve managed ,after a lot of effort ,to install the SL 10.6.3 retail on my drive using another working mac leopard in the same drive ,using MyHack 1.1 in guid installation , and dual-booting win7.

 

I only used following kexts :

 

- ElliottForceLegacyRTC ,

- EvOreBoot ,

- FakeSMC ,

- NullCPUPowerManagement ,

- GraphicsDisabler .

 

Aim is to have a fully functional OS ,or at list as nearly as possible and at some point update to 10.6.4 .

This took me about 3 days to achieve, well mostly afternoons .Practically used every boot-loader thats out there before i managed to finally install it .

 

Being a bit discouraged by the process ,i finally decided to ask for some help here .

Be sure that any good advice to the right direction will be greatly appreciated and ... I hope you will all forgive having to here me ..

Ok ,managed to load a few more kexts and now everything seems to be working in system profiler except from sound.I get a lot of errors while booting in verbose though.

 

Kexts loaded so far :

 

- AppleHDA, AttansicL1Ethernet, FakeSMC, IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector ,JMicronATA, LegacyAppleAHCIPort, LegacyHDAController, LegacyHDAPlatformDriver , LegacyYukon2, NullCPUPowerManagement, OSXRestart,

VoodooPowerMini, ElliottForceLegacyRTC, EvOreBoot, IOATAFamily, IONetworkingFamily, Ati4600Controller, AtiFrameboofer, AtiSupport .
