darkey1991
Hello, a friend of mine would like to use Snow Leopard on his Windows Computer, so im trying to install this OSX since days. There are 2 main problems, on the one hand the HDD isn't shown during the installation progress (not able to choose the right partition where the OSX starts to copy to) although its shown in the system profile or on the other hand the installation suceeds but while booting it stucks when the ethernet driver (LAN) is loading. [Once the installation and booting on a 8 gigabyte USB Drive suceeded but after a normal shutdown and about 30 minutes without power it got stuck on the ethernet driver. Strange..] This is my hardware: AMD Atholon 64 x2 5200+ Gigabyte GA-MA69G-S3H ATI HIS Radeon HD 4670 2GB DDR2 Ram (800 MHZ) 40 GB SATA (Mac) - [used for Installation] 320 GB SATA (Various Files and Windows 7) - [bUT not plugged in] Software: Im using the ISO of HAZARD (v. 10.6.2) and choosing the right kernel for AMD (Legacy) and I really think im using the appropriate patches. If neccessary im able to upload different screenshots of the problems, but i think its already explained. Hope you got enough information to help me and my good friend with this confict. kind regards and thx for help Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/225981-snow-leopard-on-a-amd-690g-pc-help/ Share on other sites
