pjny Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Hello, I cannot get sound from SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD on Dell M1330 running 10.6.3. I installed VoodooHDA.kext to /S/L/E and that helped activate the previously greyed out options in "SOUND" system prefs. I can now choose "Complex Output" and "Digital-out(Black HDMI)" in the Output tab on "SOUND". But no sound is coming from the Dell. Can you help? Please........? Me too...I got this problem either...I use Ideneb 1.6 10.5.8 This is my LPCI 00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller [8086:27d8] (rev 01) Help me please...I'm trying AppleHDA not work, VoodooHDA not work but when i use To fix Osx86 sound.pkg it's display volume indicator in menu bar at left upper screen...but the sound didnt come out..
