Is there a mac application to tell you your system specs?

Hi,

Basically the title says it all, i know on windows there we programs to do this but i cant find any for mac. Basically im trying to find out what graphics card i have (there is no model number on the card its self) so i can stop using the on board graphics

 

So is any one knows of either a app or live cd which could tell me i would be very happy
