mrwalker
I've managed to get setup with Snow Leopard on Studio 1555 using SnowLeo DVD. Everything is just about working except for my audio. This particular 1555 came with IDT 92HD73C1. I've searched up and down, and have managed to panic with every hda_enabler, voodoohda, and applehda, that appeared relevant to my hardware. System Profiler has my Built In audio as a dev id of 0x102802BE. Any help would be great. I'm willing to share any information about how I've got it running this far. Thanks! stare19
have you tried voodoohda my bad didn't read you tried that ummm i know i had to delete all the audio codecs apple hda, voodoo hda, etc. repaired with kext utility repaired disk permissions with disk utility rebooted and then reinstalled my audio (i'm using a pc so i don't know what audio codec you use.) but voodoohda should work for most audio codecs. so try deleting repairing and reinstalling and see if that helps.
