Snow Leopard Universal 3.6 rebooting at Darwin

I am driven mad to try to install Snow Leopard Universal 3.6 (10.6.2) onto my custom built PC.

 

When I tried to boot from the Snow Leopard Universal 3.6 installation DVD, it reboots the PC when Darwin Loader is taken in place every time even before installation.

 

Also tried -v option, it acts the same.

 

Here is my PC spec:

 

Intel Core i5 750

Gigabyte P55 USB3 Motherboard

4GB DDR3 1333 Memory

Nvidia 8800GT Graphics Card

Asus IDE DVDRW

Seagate IDE 320GB HD
