lukin36
Hi I have been trying to install snow leopard onto my pc. I currently have 10.5.7 running with no problems. I installed snow leopard using the retail DVD following this guide... http://www.insanelymac.com/2009/09/install...-pc-hackintosh/. Everything seemed to work fine except the installation wont boot. I just get hung up at the line: "acpi_smc_platformPlugin::start - waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCpuPowerManagement) timed out" After that line no matter how long I wait nothing happens. What could cause this? System: MSI K9A2- CF V2 Saphire ATI HD 4850 SATA Harddrive and DVD Drive Phenom 720 CPU The sad part is once upon a time I had it running on my system, but I have no idea how now. Thanks for any help at all.
