iDVD works and it doesnt

I've installed ilife 09 and iMovie seems to work well. I imported a video I dumped off my MiniDV camera, edited it etc. When I goto Share/iDvd it prepares the movie. But when iDVD loads, I get an error saying "There was an internal error during the last action" followed by "This is not a movie". It will then crash and issue a report:

I snipped a bunch of stuff out of the error msg because I dont think its all that helpful. Heres what console says after it crashes:

I dont know what the hell is going on but no matter what I try it doesnt work. When i launch iDvd by itself I get this error (see screenshot). The damn file is THERE, but no matter how many times I select the file it refuses to grab it. When i hit cancel idvd works fine it seems. I can edit menus etc, but I cannot add the video files. When I drag it over to a movie button nothing happens.

 

So anyone know what is going on? Is this an error with iatkos V7, and would upgrading to Snow Leopard fix it? I've tried 2 different isos of iLife so I dont think its the image, and everything is has been updated.

Well I dont know what the hell it was, but after upgrading to iatkos s3v2 SL it works fine.
