Install using iatkos on a partition?

Hi,

 

I have a dell e1505

 

I want to install iatkos v7 to a partition on my harddrive, but I can't seem to format it in a manner that makes it show up in the "select where to install" dialogue during the install process.

 

My other partitions on the disk contain kubuntu / and /home/ as well as a swap partition.

 

Any help would be fantastic.

So you have 2 existing Partitions on your hard drive? (if you have 4 existing partitions OSX cannot install) When I install OSX, I create a blank partition using cfdisk in Linux then format it as a mac osx partition using the osx disk utility during the install.
